Movement & Posture Assessments
When you have unique needs, it's often best to start with a personalized 1:1 posture and movement assessment. By doing this first, our clinical pilates expert, Rebecca Aldred, can thoroughly assess your body's specific requirements and offer tailored recommendations and targeted exercises. This ensures you're prepared and supported before joining group classes.

PILATES for all levels
group mat, reformer classes & 1:1
We offer a variety of group mat classes, including chronic back pain, healthy bones and joints (osteoporosis safe and friendly on your joints), pre-natal, classes for women and specifically for men , as well as small group reformer, wunda chair and tower classes to private 1:1 sessions. Because our group classes are small, no more than eight in a mat class, no more than two in a reformer, wunda chair or tower class we are able to offer focussed attention and quality workouts.
For those already experienced in mat pilates but looking to discover pilates on equipment, we offer private sessions with the Equipment Discovery Package.

Founder of Core Values Pilates
Cindy Khoo is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, certified by Body Arts and Science International (BASI). She expanded her expertise with specialized training in areas like osteoporosis-focussed workouts for building healthy joints and bones, pre/post natal pilates and post-breast cancer recovery. As a passionate advocate for mindful movement, Cindy's approach emphasizes breath, balance, control, strength, and body awareness at her studio in Abu Dhabi.
Her journey into pilates began over a decade ago as she sought relief from work-related stress and lower back pain caused by tennis. Cindy quickly discovered the transformative power of Pilates, particularly its ability to foster body awareness, functional movement and sustainable fitness. This experience inspired her to dedicate her life to helping Abu Dhabi residents achieve the same benefits through Pilates. Her philosophy:

Cindy is committed to helping her clients in Abu Dhabi improve their physical and mental well-being through Pilates. She encourages everyone to move in ways that are healthy for their unique bodies. Rebecca Aldred
We are proud to offer clinical pilates expertise led by Rebecca Aldred, a UK-trained musculoskeletal physiotherapist from the University of East Anglia, with over 12 years clinical experience across leading public and private hospitals in the UK.
With a strong track record in patient assessments and rehabilitation, Rebecca delivers highly effective, evidence-based care designed to restore movement, reduce pain and support long term results.
Rebecca works with clients of all ages and all stages of life, from teenagers, pre natal and post partum, peri-menopause, menopause and beyond.

Teri Hendra
Teri Hendra is a passionate and dedicated Pilates instructor committed to helping clients move with ease and confidence. Having trained as an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, Teri brings a unique and holistic perspective to her sessions combining in-depth understanding of anatomy and functional movement to every session.
Certified and comprehensively trained in BASI Pilates (Body Arts and Science International) enables Teri to design each session to meet the needs of her clients. Whether clients are new to pilates, returning to exercise after an injury or simply want to improve posture and gain core strength, Teri brings with her the necessary skills to help.
She is trained to offer Pilates for pre and post natal clients, conducts osteoporosis and osteopenia safe workouts and is focussed on helping clients return to their active self.
